Role Overview
As an Enrolment Advisor you will partner with the Head of Enrolments to provide sales‑oriented guidance and recruit students to Walbrook Institute London.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead study guidance and recruitment from initial contact to contract signing and beyond.
- Support students throughout the enrolment process via telephone, e‑mail, chat, and WhatsApp, understanding their educational goals and aspirations.
- Provide consultative support to help students select Walbrook programmes that align with their career objectives.
- Collaborate with student support teams to enhance the experience of current students.
- Develop and maintain deep knowledge of Walbrook’s offerings to effectively communicate benefits to prospective students.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system to track interactions, progress, and follow‑up actions.
- Work collaboratively with the admissions team to ensure a seamless enrolment process.
- Achieve individual and team enrolment targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Showcase excellent verbal and written communication skills to build rapport and address inquiries.
