Wakefield Council is investing in its Building Control Service and we're seeking a talented Senior Building Control Surveyor to join our ambitious and expanding team. This is an opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, including complex developments and higher-risk buildings, whilst helping shape the future of Building Control across the district.

G11 - £47,181 to £50,269 + additional premium of circa £2,400 pa for being on a call out rota and £6,000 Market Rate Supplement - Full package up to £58,669
