We are seeking to appoint a full time Co-ordination Support Officer to play a vital role in Adult Social Care providing administration support to social care professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to social care professionals, including minute taking responsibilities and willingness to learn.
  • Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and the ability to learn new IT systems quickly and input data accurately.
  • Maintain an excellent telephone manner with good customer service skills.
  • Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of administration processes.
  • Exhibit great team‑working skills with excellent organisational and time‑management skills.

Essential Requirements

  • 4 GCSE "C" or above grades, or equivalent including Maths and English or experience of a similar role.
  • Solid IT proficiency in Word, Outlook, Excel and willingness to learn additional systems.
