Join our multidisciplinary Voice and Participation Team and help shape the future of services for children and young people. In this role, you will ensure that children and young people’s voices are heard, valued, and acted upon—making a tangible impact on how services are designed and delivered.

What you will do

  • Champion the safety and wellbeing of children and young people, with a strong focus on supporting the most vulnerable
  • Facilitate meaningful participation in service design, delivery, and staff recruitment
  • Ensure every voice counts by capturing, representing, and acting on children and young people’s views
  • Deliver participation activities in line with legislation, policy, and best practice
  • Work flexibly, including some evening and weekend sessions, to enable children and young people to take part
