What you will do
- Champion the safety and wellbeing of children and young people, with a strong focus on supporting the most vulnerable
- Facilitate meaningful participation in service design, delivery, and staff recruitment
- Ensure every voice counts by capturing, representing, and acting on children and young people’s views
- Deliver participation activities in line with legislation, policy, and best practice
- Work flexibly, including some evening and weekend sessions, to enable children and young people to take part
