Wakefield Council is seeking to recruit a highly motivated Town Centre Manager to join our busy and dynamic Regeneration and Economic Development Service.
Within the City and Town Management Team, this role will act as a dedicated Town Centre Manager for Castleford. The postholder will take overall responsibility for effective delivery of town centre actionplans as well as leading engagement with town centre businesses and organisations. The postholder will work closely with elected members, Council departments and external stakeholders.
Seeking someone who is passionate about place making, this role will suit someone who has strong relationship building and stakeholder management experience alongside project management skills. The role joins the team at as exciting time with transformational regeneration plans underway.
