An opportunity exists in the Council’s Street Scene Services for a Street Scene Workforce Support Officer working 37 hours per week.
What will be expected from me?
This post provides sickness absence management support to the Street Scene Service.
What might I be doing?
To support the day-to-day application of the sickness absence process.
To provide support to employees and managers in the provision of professional advice, guidance, and training on sickness management.
To support the setting of objectives, targets, and the formulation of service plans in line with Council procedures.
To provide advice and assistance on the presentation of sickness absence data, assisting in the monitoring of performance against set objectives, service plans, and standards in relation to absence.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 or 4 in a relevant subject.
- BTEC Higher or relevant equivalent qualification or willingness to work towards CIPD professional qualification.
- Full, current driving licence (Category B + E) with a maximum of 6 penalty points.
