We are seeking Care and Support Workers to join our Reablement Service, supporting individuals to regain independence and confidence in their own homes.About the Role Contract : 33.75 hours per weekService : Operates 7 days a week, year-roundLocation : Community-based care in service users\ā homesPurpose : Support recovery following illness, injury, or hospital dischargeWorking Pattern 4-week rolling rotaMorning shifts: 7:00am ā 3:00pmEvening shifts: 2:30pm ā 10:30pmIncludes weekends and bank holidaysA full driving licence and access to a vehicle are essentialAbout the Service Our short-term, person-centred service supports individuals with disabilities or those recovering from illness.
