We\’re looking for a dedicated Support Assistant to join our Peripatetic Service at Sherwood Court, Wakefield. This vital service operates 7 days a week, 52 weeks a year, delivering high-quality care to people in their own homes.
About the Role
The post is for 24.50 hours per week. You\\\’ll work on a 2-week rolling Rota, including:
- Evening shifts: 15:00 – 23:00
- Salary £25,583- £25,989 (FTE)
- Weekends and bank holidays (enhanced pay rates apply)

Essential:
- GCSE Grades D-G in Math\\\’s and English or
- Functional Skills Level 1 in Math\\\’s and English
Desirable (but not required):
- Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
Don\\\’t have the Level 2 qualification? No problem! We\\\’ll provide full training and fund your qualification after successful completion of your probation period. We\\\’ll support you with:
