About the Role: We are currently recruiting a Peripatetic Coordinator in our peripatetic service. To enable service users to remain in their own homes by promoting independence and delivering a quality service. To ensure individuals are treated with dignity and respect and to work alongside other professionals and agencies in a person-centred way to deliver effective services by working within national guidelines and standards.

Key Responsibilities: This full-time permanent position will lead a team to deliver a high quality care.
