About the Role: Co-ordination Support Officers play a vital role in Adults Social Care, providing administrative business support to social care professionals within Support Services. This opportunity offers excellent benefits, and you will be fully supported with a comprehensive induction programme and opportunities for further learning. The post is based at Grange View, Outwood with the Communities Team for Learning Disabilities on behalf of Support Services. However, there is an expectation that you will occasionally support other teams within Support Services. This will be remotely via an electronic dashboard and with occasional travel to other bases across the district. This is in line with supporting organisational and business need; a good level of flexibility will be required as a CSO.

Essential requirements:
- Relevant qualifications or experience in a similar role with strong IT skills and proven experience using Microsoft Office. (4 GCSE's at Grade C/4 or above or equivalent).
- Strong Administrative Experience working in a busy administrative or business support role, managing competing priorities, meeting deadlines and maintaining high levels of accuracy.
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills - ability to plan, prioritise, and organise workloads independently and as part of a team, including diary management, meeting coordination and minute taking.
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills - confident communicating professionally and sensitively with colleagues, service users and members of the public.
- Confidentiality and data handling - proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately and in line with information governance.
- Team-focused and proactive approach - ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team, use initiative, adapt to change and contribute positively to service delivery within adult social care.
