Property Investment Advisor | South Yorkshire | £30,000 basic + uncapped commission
We're working with a growing property investment company in South Yorkshire that specialises in high-yield HMO and social housing opportunities across the UK, and they're looking for a Property Investment Advisor to join their team.
This is a fully office-based role. You'll be on the phone and on Zoom, no fieldwork or daily travel, just the occasional face-to-face meeting with new investors. All the leads are warm and inbound, so you won't be cold calling or sourcing your own business. Your job is to present investment opportunities clearly, build real relationships with clients, and manage your pipeline through their CRM.
What they're after:
Someone with a confident, professional phone manner who's comfortable presenting to high-net-worth clients over Zoom. You'll need previous sales experience, ideally in property investment, though it's not essential if you've got the right drive and attitude. They're looking for someone self motivated and goal focused who genuinely wants to learn and grow. An interest in property, investment, or personal finance is a big plus but not a dealbreaker.

A £30,000 basic salary with uncapped commission, plus bonus schemes for loyalty and performance. All leads are provided so you can focus purely on selling. You'll get full training and ongoing mentorship from experienced sales leaders, free onsite parking, and standard Monday to Friday hours with no weekend work.
