As our Social and Financial Inclusion Team continues to grow, so does our commitment to making a meaningful difference. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team who are focused on increasing social inclusion, providing financial support, digital access, employability, empowering children and young people, and delivering real social value across the communities we serve. We’re now looking for a Social Value Partner to help us maximise the impact of our contracts and partnerships.
In this role you will work closely with our suppliers and our procurement team to ensure that social value commitments support our business strategy and help to deliver real change in our communities. You will drive the development of services for customers and young people, seek new funding opportunities, and lead on the reporting of performance insights to show the value of our work.

What you’ll do:
- Build strong relationships with suppliers and partners to ensure that Social Value commitments in our contracts deliver genuine benefits to customers and communities.
- Continually develop and promote the service area, identifying new opportunities to support customers and young people.
- Identify and prepare bids for new funding, tenders, and workstreams to help grow the support available through our services.
- Develop clear, evidence-based performance reports and insights that highlight the impact of our work.
- Engage with internal teams, partners, and community members to support the effective delivery of Social Value commitments.
What you will bring:
- Experience in delivering customer-focused services.
- Knowledge of the challenges surrounding social, digital, and financial exclusion.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience of working with suppliers, funders, and partners across a range of agencies.
- Ability to use IT systems and digital tools, with awareness of digital engagement techniques.
- A commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusive service delivery.
- The ability to motivate others and engage with people from a variety of backgrounds and experiences.
