We are looking for someone to join our Investment directorate as a Senior Project Officer - Programme.
What you’ll be doing:
- Manage cost monitoring processes in relation to New Build, Acquisitions and Sales, ensuring all necessary information is in place and provided to Senior Management within agreed timescales and standards.
What we’re looking for:
- A qualification at Level 4 of the Regulated Qualification Framework or working towards.
- Knowledge of the project and programme management of multi-million-pound development projects.
- Experience of, and significant success in, establishing and maintaining effective cost monitoring measures that have returned continuous accuracy in relation to budget management.
- Experience in the development of project plans using appropriate software.
- Knowledge of the Homes England Capital Funding Guide.
- A proven track record in a senior position in a property services department of a housing or construction organisation.
- A well-developed understanding of operational services delivery within a large organisation.
- A flexible approach to workloads dictated by business needs.
