We are seeking a motivated and skilled Site Installer to join our team. The Site Installer will be responsible for the on-site assembly & installation of various acoustic enclosures, containers, walls, louvers & structures according to project specifications and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results. The position is site based; the successful candidate will be expected to work away from home Monday – Friday.
Job Responsibilities / Key Accountabilities:
- Interpret and execute installation plans, read technical drawings.
- Assemble, install, and secure components, systems, or structures on-site.
- Ensure installations meet quality standards, project specifications, and compliance with safety regulations.
- Operate hand and power tools, machinery, and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Conduct on-site measurements and adjustments as needed to ensure proper fit and alignment.
- Perform troubleshooting and resolve issues during installation or post-installation inspections.
- Communicate effectively with team members & supervisors regarding project updates and requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to company policies and safety protocols.
- Document and report on progress, challenges, and completion of installation projects.
- Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting materials or equipment as needed.
Skills & Competencies:
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, diagrams, and technical documentation.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and equipment.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Physical stamina and the ability to work in various conditions, including heights or confined spaces.

Education & Experience:
- CSCS card (required)
- Previous experience in site installation, construction, or a related field.

- UK Driving licence.

- PASMA certification.

You normally work 39 hours per week, from Monday to Thursday between 7.30am to 4.30pm with a 30 minute unpaid break to be taken between 12.00pm and 12.30pm in accordance with the needs of the business and your hours on a Friday are to be between 7.30am and 12.30pm. As this role is to suit the site installations, the daily working hours are likely to vary to suit project requirements. In the event that the normal weekly working hours are achieved Monday to Thursday and there is no requirement for additional work (either at site or factory) on a Friday, we may ask you not to attend for work on a Friday. This does not affect your holiday entitlement and will be directed on a weekly basis by your line manager.
Pay Rate: £17.78 per hour
