The Role

The Site Manager is responsible for the safe, efficient and high‑quality delivery of a commercial construction project on site. They will lead day‑to‑day site operations, manage subcontractors and direct labour, and ensure works are delivered to programme, budget and specification while maintaining the highest standards of health, safety and environmental compliance.

You will be responsible for:

  • Site Leadership – Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors and suppliers, chairing regular progress meetings and ensuring works are effectively sequenced.
