We are seeking a highly skilled, organised, and proactive Production Manager to oversee the logistics and build operations of the Site Wide delivery at our new London site. This pivotal role will coordinate multi-departmental delivery and daily site operations to ensure our ambitious designs are realised safely, on schedule, and to the highest standard. This is a more office-based role which will work alongside the site wide production team.
The role involves coordinating with the senior producers, construction manager, master draughtspersons, fabricators, suppliers, and contractors to bring our visionary world to life. The Production Manager will be the go-to person for both the construction workflow and site management, ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-coordinated environment.
Responsibilities
- Holding the day-to-day production planning across multiple disciplines including but not limited to: External sub contractors, carpenters, set dressers, scenic artists.
- Turning creative & technical plans into clear timelines, schedules and actions.
- Working with R&I / District producers & Sub Contractors to coordinate across multiple departments.
- Keeping admin and information updated - clear lines of comms.
- Budget management and cost control.
- Coordinating with suppliers, build, and install activity.
- Resourcing and feasibility checks.
- Managing install periods, and on-site delivery.
- Flagging risks early and supporting problem solving.
- RAMS creation and submission.
- Managing safe working onsite and site requirements.
Skills & Attributes
- Strong previous experience managing complex set builds, productions, or construction sites for large-scale projects or retail environments.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, site enabling, set fabrication, and materials.
- In-depth knowledge of health & safety regulations, CDM responsibilities, and site management.
- Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills under pressure.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a wide range of contractors and personalities.
- Comfortable using scheduling and reporting tools.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings across multiple disciplines.
- Ability to work full-time on site in West London.
