WAKE THE TIGER

Wake The Tiger is a radical creative company born in the South West and the visionary force behind the world's first Amazement Park. We fuse immersive art, storytelling, and purpose to create unforgettable experiences that disrupt the norm and ignite transformation. Our worlds are built to challenge perception, awaken collective imagination, and provoke real change — socially, environmentally, and culturally. We believe wonder is a catalyst, and amazement a tool — not just for escape, but for building a more connected, conscious, and courageous future.

THE ROLE

Wake The Tiger is expanding, and we are looking for a highly organised, proactive Creative Project Manager to join our London team. You will be the vital "connective tissue" between our Creative department and the wider business, ensuring that artistic vision translates into operational reality without the friction. Your mission is to streamline the flow of communication and manage the lifecycle of creative requests. By taking ownership of production logistics and administrative workflows, you will free up the Lead Creative Producer to provide higher-level strategic support to the Creative Director, ensuring our "Amazement Park" remains world-class.

  • Communication & Departmental Liaison
    • Central Hub: Act as the primary point of contact for all creative requests flowing into the department from the other producers and departments.
    • The Filter: Review incoming information requests to ensure they are clear, actionable, and include all necessary assets before they reach the creative team.
    • Information Coordination: Present "options for decision" to the Creative Director, moving away from open-ended problems toward structured solutions.
  • Workflow & Process Optimisation
    • Feedback Loop Refinement: Audit and improve the feedback cycle between departments to ensure critiques are constructive, timely, and documented.
    • Resource Planning: Manage the internal creative calendar, balancing immediate needs with long-term visionary projects.
    • Project Timeline: liaise with the Project director to ensure project deadlines are being met.
  • Strategic Timeline Management
    • Inter-departmental Planning: Work with other departments to establish realistic creative timelines, ensuring they have adequate "thinking time" to provide thoughtful input and approvals.
    • Short-Term Planning: Build out a detailed timeline for the next 2 months or decisions or milestones required.
    • Long-term Roadmapping: Look 2-6 months ahead to identify resource gaps and upcoming production needs.
  • Creative Production Support
    • Operational Admin: Relieve the Lead Creative Producer of administrative tasks (inter-dept admin and scheduling) to allow for deeper creative alignment.
    • Production Oversight: Ensure that physical and digital outputs meet the brand's high standards and are delivered on budget.

Skills & Experience

  • Operational Excellence: Proven experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders, preferably in an experiential, arts, or entertainment environment.
  • Communication Mastery: The ability to "translate" between infrastructure, technical design, technical production teams and creative visionaries.
  • Process Design: Experience with using our core system systems (e.g., Notion, Google, Slack).
  • Problem-Solving: A proactive "solutions-first" mindset when faced with shifting deadlines or resource constraints.
  • Industry Experience: Experience working within an immersive attraction, gallery, or high-end event production.
  • Financial Literacy: Experience with budget management and tracking.
  • Software Proficiency: Familiarity with Google, Slack, Notion.

DIVERSITY & INCLUSION

At Wake the Tiger, we prioritise inclusive and fair recruitment practices. We value diversity in all its forms and welcome candidates regardless of gender, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, disability status, age, or religion. We are committed to creating an inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued and respected, so please let us know if you require any reasonable adjustments during the recruitment process.
