Wake The Tiger is a radical creative company born in the South West and the visionary force behind the world's first Amazement Park. We fuse immersive art, storytelling, and purpose to create unforgettable experiences that disrupt the norm and ignite transformation.

Following the success of our Bristol site, we're expanding to London in 2026 with an all-new immersive world designed to spark imagination and challenge perception on a whole new scale. Our mission is simple: We create immersive experiences for everyone, where art, storytelling and purpose collide - to inspire change today that transforms the world tomorrow.

The Role

Wake The Tiger is looking for a hands‐on Content Creator to lead the creation of short‐form social content for our brand‐new London location. This is an in‐house execution role focused on creating high‐performing, social‐first content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Meta platforms, and other digital channels.

You will be responsible for filming, capturing, and editing engaging content that reflects the energy, creativity, and real‐world moments inside Wake The Tiger – from the early build and launch phases through to live operations, events, finished rooms, photoshoots, and the immersive bar and kitchen experience. The role is TikTok‐first, while also creating content across multiple formats and platforms. Alongside short‐form video, you'll also capture still imagery during shoots to maximise content output.

We're looking for someone who thrives in fast‐moving environments, understands platform‐native storytelling, and can independently take ideas from concept through to shoot, edit, and final asset delivery. This role will suit someone comfortable producing regular, high‐volume content in a fast‐paced creative environment. You'll work closely with the Marketing team to align content output with wider campaigns, brand priorities, and publishing schedules.

This is not an influencer, ambassador, or personal brand opportunity. We are looking for a creator focused on building content for the Wake The Tiger brand.

You Will be Responsible For

  • Filming and editing short‐form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Meta platforms
  • Capturing still photography for social posts, campaigns, and marketing assets
  • Turning real‐time onsite activity into engaging, platform‐native content
  • Working onsite during key launch periods, activations, events, and live operations
  • Identifying and adapting social trends, sounds, and formats into the Wake The Tiger world
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to plan weekly content ideas and outputs
  • Supporting the creation of assets for both organic and paid social campaigns
  • Working with the marketing team to review content performance and iterate based on insights and platform trends

You'll Bring the Following to Our Team

  • Strong experience creating short‐form social content for TikTok and Instagram Reels
  • Proven examples of content you have personally filmed, edited, and published
  • Strong understanding of hooks, pacing, retention, and platform‐native storytelling
  • Ability to capture both high‐quality video and still imagery during shoots
  • Strong editing skills using CapCut, Premiere Pro, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software
  • Proficiency in Canva for creating graphic and social content assets
  • Comfortable filming in live, public, and fast‐paced environments
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with the wider marketing team and other departments internally
  • A proactive and solutions‐oriented mindset with strong prioritisation skills
