We fuse immersive art, storytelling, and purpose to create unforgettable experiences that disrupt the norm and ignite transformation. Following the success of our Bristol site, we’re expanding to London in 2026 with an all-new immersive world designed to spark imagination and challenge perception on a whole new scale. Our mission is simple: We create immersive experiences for everyone, where art, storytelling and purpose collide - to inspire change today that transforms the world tomorrow.

The Role

Wake The Tiger is looking for a proactive and commercially minded Commercial Assistant to join our growing in-house commercial team. Reporting into the Head of Commercial, you’ll help support revenue growth, enhance guest experience, and drive performance for our new London site (opening late 2026) across retail/merchandise and F & B. This is a varied, hands-on role that spans sales support, partnerships coordination, sales analysis, stock management and purchasing, reporting and commercial administration. You’ll play an important part in helping the commercial team maximise opportunities, strengthen relationships, and ensure day-to-day commercial activity runs smoothly and effectively.

You Will be Responsible For

  • Supporting the planning, delivery, and reporting of commercial revenue across multiple revenue streams.
  • Holding stock management, ordering and sales analysis.
  • Coordinating timelines, assets, payments and deliverables between internal teams and external partners/suppliers.
  • Maintaining accurate inventory ordering.
  • Preparing financial reports on sales performance, revenue trends, and promotional outcomes.
  • Supporting new product development, attending trade fairs, working with external partners to establish new product ranges.
  • Helping identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and growth channels.
  • Assisting with commercial presentations, proposals, and product development decks.
  • Working closely with marketing, operations, and guest experience teams to ensure joined-up delivery of commercial objectives.
  • Supporting on-site activations, events, and networking opportunities when required.
  • Monitoring competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities.
  • Ensuring high standards of customer service and brand representation across all commercial touchpoints.

You’ll Bring the Following to Our Team

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging internal teams, partners and suppliers.
  • Interest in immersive, narrative merchandise, food and beverage and retail.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Commercial awareness and an interest in revenue growth, partnerships, and business performance.
  • Understanding of contract terms, accounting systems, invoice processing and sales/stock forecasting.
  • Strong administrative skills using spreadsheets, reporting tools, and CRM systems.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to take initiative.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
  • Curiosity about market trends, customer behaviour, and new growth opportunities.
  • Alignment with our values of Inspire, Disrupt and Believe.
