- Holding stock management, ordering and sales analysis.
- Coordinating timelines, assets, payments and deliverables between internal teams and external partners/suppliers.
- Maintaining accurate inventory ordering.
- Preparing financial reports on sales performance, revenue trends, and promotional outcomes.
- Supporting new product development, attending trade fairs, working with external partners to establish new product ranges.
- Helping identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and growth channels.
- Assisting with commercial presentations, proposals, and product development decks.
- Working closely with marketing, operations, and guest experience teams to ensure joined-up delivery of commercial objectives.
- Supporting on-site activations, events, and networking opportunities when required.
- Monitoring competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities.
- Ensuring high standards of customer service and brand representation across all commercial touchpoints.
You’ll Bring the Following to Our Team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging internal teams, partners and suppliers.
- Interest in immersive, narrative merchandise, food and beverage and retail.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Commercial awareness and an interest in revenue growth, partnerships, and business performance.
- Understanding of contract terms, accounting systems, invoice processing and sales/stock forecasting.
- Strong administrative skills using spreadsheets, reporting tools, and CRM systems.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to take initiative.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Curiosity about market trends, customer behaviour, and new growth opportunities.
- Alignment with our values of Inspire, Disrupt and Believe.
