The Role
Wake The Tiger is looking for a proactive and commercially minded Assistant Buyer to join our growing in-house commercial team. Reporting into the Head of Commercial, you'll help support revenue growth, enhance guest experience, and drive performance for our new London site (opening late 2026) across retail/merchandise and F & B. This is a varied, hands‑on role that spans sales support, partnerships coordination, sales analysis, stock management and purchasing, reporting and commercial administration. You'll play an important part in helping the commercial team maximise opportunities, strengthen relationships, and ensure day‑to‑day commercial activity runs smoothly and effectively.
You Will be Responsible For:
- Supporting the planning, delivery, and reporting of commercial revenue across multiple revenue streams.
- Holding stock management, ordering and sales analysis.
- Coordinating timelines, assets, payments and deliverables between internal teams and external partners/suppliers.
- Maintaining accurate inventory ordering.
- Preparing financial reports on sales performance, revenue trends, and promotional outcomes.
- Supporting new product development, attending trade fairs, working with external partners to establish new product ranges.
- Helping identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and growth channels.
- Assisting with commercial presentations, proposals, and product development decks.
- Working closely with marketing, operations, and guest experience teams to ensure joined‑up delivery of commercial objectives.
- Supporting on‑site activations, events, and networking opportunities when required.
- Monitoring competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities.
- Ensuring high standards of customer service and brand representation across all commercial touchpoints.
