The Mission As the Pricing Lead , you will be at the forefront of driving Wakam\’s UK pricing strategies. This pivotal role involves designing and implementing data-driven pricing frameworks that optimize profitability and market competitiveness. Collaborating with underwriting, claims, and distribution teams, you will shape decisions that impact our growth and success. Key Responsibilities Include Pricing Strategy Portfolio Management Technical Pricing and Analytics Stakeholder Management Leadership We’re Seeking a Strategic And Analytical Thinker With A degree in Actuarial Science, Statistics, or Data Science Deep knowledge of the UK insurance market and regulatory framework Proven experience in retail insurance pricing roles, ideally for Motor and Home products Proficiency in pricing tools (e.g., EMBLEM, AKUR8) and programming languages (Python, R) Strong communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels A track record of leading pricing projects or teams Your Personal Qualities Rigorous and analytical with strong problem-solving skills Innovative and eager to explore new pricing strategies Collaborative and adaptable to dynamic, fast-paced environments Confident, proactive, and solutions-oriented with a global perspective Ethical, self-aware, and committed to continuous learning and improvement Why Join Wakam?
