About the role We have an exciting opportunity with a new role to join Dishpatch as a Senior Digital Marketing Manager, reporting to the CEO of Dishpatch. Waitrose & Partners recently acquired Dishpatch, a meal-kit delivery service that offers restaurant-quality home dining prepared by some of the UK\’s leading chefs. Dishpatch replicates a restaurant experience at home with chef-prepared dishes. Customers can select from over 30 menus, delivered nationally on Fridays—ideal for weekend meals. Unlike other meal kits, Dishpatch’s dishes arrive pre-prepared with simple finishing steps, making high-end home dining hassle-free. As a Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you will plan, implement, and optimize digital marketing activities across channels like paid social and CRM to grow our customer base. Expected salary: £55,000 – £65,000 (depending on experience) Contract type: Permanent Interviews: 2-stage process, likely virtual first, then in person Location: Hybrid—based in North Greenwich, London (1-2 days/week), with occasional travel to Bracknell head office Key responsibilities Performance marketing: Deliver digital marketing channels to meet KPIs, with hands-on experience in Meta campaigns, and development into other channels like Affiliates, Google Ads, Pinterest, TikTok. Digital awareness: Embrace new digital/social channels to support customer engagement and business growth. Continuous improvement: Demonstrate a mindset of ongoing enhancement. Data analysis: Analyze complex data to inform decisions and recommendations. Outcome focus: Persist through obstacles, maintaining focus on goals.
