About The Role

As a Supermarket Assistant, you will help ensure that customers experience exceptional service on every visit. You will apply partner‑led service principles to support the Waitrose brand and build customer trust and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Stock replenishment – keep shelves fully stocked and items properly positioned.
  • Fulfil online customer orders ready for drivers to deliver promptly.
  • Reduce waste by following product due‑diligence and marked‑down procedures for expiring items.
  • Support the wider shop team when needed – checkout, Click & Collect, on‑demand orders, etc.
  • Maintain a safe and tidy environment through general shop‑keeping tasks.
