About the role
Your role will be to support the Landscaping Specialists to create bespoke gardens for our customers. Following planting plans and maintenance schedules is a key part of the role alongside clearing gardens in preparation for larger projects.
Key responsibilities:
- Support Landscape operations
- Working with the Nursery and Landscaping team
- Compliance with procedures and standards
- Customer Service
- Personal development of self through relevant training
- Stock, inventory and waste management
- Maintaining standards of planting and following planting plans
- Health and safety management of customer gardens and the Landscape department storage areas
- Plant and prune trees and shrubs
- Supporting both soft and hard landscape operations
- Assisting with laying turf and building garden features
