About the role

Your role will be to support the Landscaping Specialists to create bespoke gardens for our customers. Following planting plans and maintenance schedules is a key part of the role alongside clearing gardens in preparation for larger projects.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support Landscape operations
  • Working with the Nursery and Landscaping team
  • Compliance with procedures and standards
  • Customer Service
  • Personal development of self through relevant training
  • Stock, inventory and waste management
  • Maintaining standards of planting and following planting plans
  • Health and safety management of customer gardens and the Landscape department storage areas
  • Plant and prune trees and shrubs
  • Supporting both soft and hard landscape operations
  • Assisting with laying turf and building garden features
