About The Role
As a Partner on our service counters, you\’ll have the opportunity to demonstrate your knowledge and passion for food, ensuring it is ethically sourced, and recommend recipes to customers. You\’ll bring our ethos – passionate Partners serving food lovers – to life through your enthusiasm and friendliness, building lasting relationships with customers. Your efforts will influence their perception of the Waitrose brand, fostering trust and loyalty, while also helping to maximize sales and profit.
Key Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for your food counter, maintaining high standards of presentation and hygiene.
- Manage stock levels to ensure popular products are available.
- Handle open food carefully, following all health & safety protocols, and help reduce food wastage.
