Waites Recruitment Consultancy are seeking a cost manager for a client based in Edenbridge (Kent) for full time work. A fantastic opportunity with room to grow within the business.
Main Purpose of Role: The purpose of this role is to manage project commercials to keep the client and Project Manager informed regarding the financial status of projects and ensure that project overspend is mitigated where possible and identified ahead of time. It is also expected that whilst performing in the role you will gain a solid understanding of the construction industry and stages of projects and begin to produce fee estimates for upcoming projects.
