The services my client provides on an architectural basis are:- Architectural Services include: 1. Design & Build Tender Packages 2. Planning Drawings 3. Building Regulation Drawings 4. Feasibility Studies & Concept Designs 5. M&E Design 6. Measured Surveys 7. Planning Applications for Basements, Extensions, Conversions, New Builds, and multi-unit Schemes 8. Listed Building Applications & Consultancy 9. Estimating Services 10. Specifications & Cost Plans 11. Detailed Drawings for Kitchens, Bathrooms, and Joinery Packages My client is looking for a Junior Architect who has experience in Loft Conversions and Kitchen Extensions, this is essential to have.
