Job Overview: We are currently looking for an experienced Estimator, Account & Contract Management and Business Operations within the Shopfitting and Construction Sectors. Responsibilities: – Analyse project specifications and drawings to determine accurate quantities of materials and labour required – Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for estimates – Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing – Preparing quotations and Bills of Quantities – Site visits Nationwide to oversee projects and meet Clients -Estimate projects from £10k to £500K Requirements: – Proven experience as an Estimating / Project Management in the Shopfitting / Construction industry – Strong analytical skills with attention to detail – Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams – Exceptional time management skills to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively – Ability to meet with new Clients to ascertain scope of works. Desirable Skills: – Knowledge of building codes and regulations – Professional certification in estimating or construction management – Knowledge of Joinery, Partitioning, Suspended ceilings and Drylining. – Knowledge of CAD software Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: £50,000.00-£55,000.00 per year Benefits: * Company car * Company pension * On-site parking Schedule: * Monday to Friday
