Waites Recruitment Consultancy are seeking a FIT OUT Quantity Surveyor for a full-time position based in Birmingham, with occasional travel to Leeds (roughly every fortnight) to support a CAT A commercial fit-out project.
The role covers day-to-day commercial management from subcontract procurement through to final account, reporting to the Commercial Lead and collaborating with the Operations Director and Project Manager to ensure delivery within budget.
