Position Overview
As the Projects Team Leader, you will lead a team of Internal Sales Executives, manage your own portfolio of responsibilities. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring outstanding service delivery, and fostering collaboration across teams. Your leadership will enable your team to respond promptly to customer enquiries, provide accurate technical support, and maximize conversion rates. By balancing your operational duties with strategic oversight, you will contribute significantly to the company's success.
Line Manager: Internal Sales Manager
Responsibilities
- Team Leadership and Management: Oversee a team of Internal Sales Executives, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback. Manage and align resources to ensure an even distribution of technical knowledge and workload across the team. Act as line manager for the Steelwork Manager and Customer Service Manager, supporting their teams' operations and ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Quoting and Technical Support: Personally prepare quotes for Target Customer Profile (TCP) Prospects and Key Account Manager customers. Assist with technical quotes for Bronze customers and provide technical guidance to the Internal Sales Executives.
