We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and driven Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our finance team. If you have a passion for numbers and a strong work ethic, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and post customer payments in a timely manner.
  • Monitor accounts for outstanding payments and follow up as necessary.
  • Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
  • Prepare and send invoices to customers.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Handle customer inquiries related to billing and payment status.
  • Prepare reports for management on receivables status.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure accurate financial records.

About the Team/Service/Location

This role is working in the finance team based on Level 2 of the Corporate Office. You would be joining a busy and supportive team that plays a critical role in maintaining our organization's financial health. About You

The Accounts Receivable Clerk will be responsible for managing incoming payments, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring timely collections. We are looking for someone with the following key skills and attributes:

  • Proven experience in accounts receivable, finance, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
