Do you have experience running an e-commerce shop or online platform? Do you have a passion for pets and pet-related products? We’re a small, growing pet food company looking for someone who can bring our online shops to life and help us grow! This is a practical role combining e-commerce platform management with warehouse and fulfilment support. You’ll work closely with our team to keep our online shops running smoothly while ensuring orders and stock are handled efficiently.
E-commerce Platform Management
- Manage online shopping platforms including Amazon, Etsy, Alibaba, and Temu
- Create and update product listings (titles, descriptions, images, pricing)
- Assist with product page design and optimisation to help boost sales
- Support promotions and platform tools to improve performance
Warehouse & Operations
- Assist with packing and shipping customer orders
- Record and monitor product stock levels
- Manage product barcodes and inventory records
- Help maintain an organised and efficient warehouse space
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience or strong interest in e-commerce platforms (Amazon experience is a plus)
- Well-organised, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Comfortable with both computer-based work and hands-on tasks
- Ability to manage tasks independently and communicate clearly
