As a Senior Residential Conveyancer you will join our expanding and experienced residential and commercial conveyancing department working from our Congleton office. Alongside your own files, you'll also manage, support and supervise the team at our small branch office, working closely with the firm’s Head of Conveyancing, ensuring high‑quality work and contributing to their ongoing development.
About You
You will be a Solicitor, Licenced Conveyancer or CILEX Fellow, ideally with a minimum of 5 years post qualification experience across all areas of conveyancing. You will possess the ability to manage a varied conveyancing caseload whilst delivering an outstanding service to clients.

Responsibilities
- Managing a typical high street conveyancing caseload including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages and land.
- Liaising with clients, solicitors and third parties to progress transactions.
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Supervising a small team of Conveyancing Fee Earners and support staff.
