Waingels Thrive Centre seeks an Intervention & Inclusion Para-Educator to support pupils with personalised learning needs in its new SEND unit.
The role delivers 1:1 and small-group interventions under the Thrive Centre manager, with potential deployment in the main school to support access to lessons.
You will work to uphold high behavioural and progress expectations, contribute to wellbeing, and collaborate with staff, parents and professionals to help students thrive academically and socially.
