The predicted salary is between 26300 - 28100 £ per year.

Grade 4 SCP 7-11 (£26,403 to £28,142 full time equivalent) | £22,375.94 to £23,849.70 per annum

Permanent, term time only plus 3 additional days. Full time (37 hours per week). ASAP Start.

Responsibilities

  • Play a key role in supporting a calm, structured and positive school environment where high standards of behaviour are upheld.
  • Manage behaviour systems, including detentions and incident follow-up.
  • Support students through sanctions, including supervising a withdrawal room.
  • Identify behaviour patterns and support early intervention to improve student outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with parents/carers regarding behaviour matters.
  • Collaborate with staff and the wider pastoral team to maintain robust behaviour management processes.

  • Highly organised with strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
  • Calm and professional when managing behaviour situations.
  • Confident working with young people and building positive relationships.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of staff.
  • Committed to upholding high standards of behaviour and conduct.
