About the Role
As a Crew Member, you’ll be at the heart of the action, delivering an outstanding experience for every customer. Whether you’re taking orders, preparing iconic wings, or keeping the restaurant looking its best, you’ll play a key part in bringing the flavour and energy we’re known for. You’ll work as part of a close‑knit team in a fast‑paced environment, learning new skills and building confidence along the way. No two shifts are the same, and you’ll thrive on keeping things moving while having fun with your teammates. This role is based in one of our restaurants where customers can dine in, order takeaway, or have delivery.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcoming customers and setting the tone from the start
- Taking orders and keeping things moving during busy periods
- Preparing food to Wingstop’s high standards
- Keeping the restaurant clean, safe, and running smoothly

Working Hours
We offer part‑time contracts of 8 hours and full‑time contracts of 16 hours per week, with the opportunity to work additional hours as the business requires.
Pay Rates
Pay rates vary depending on age, in line with National Minimum Wage legislation and increase incrementally to meet legislative requirements.
