As Sous Chef you are the right hand to the Head Chef and a key driver of the kitchen's success. Your leadership ensures consistency and quality in service while developing and motivating the team to perform at their best.
How you'll drive success
- Fully support your Head Chef to maintain the highest food safety standards
- Lead and support a team of junior chefs, including section chefs, prep chefs, and kitchen assistants
- Inspire and guide your team by leading from the front, always ready to step in and support, ensuring all guests are served a taste of Mexican sunshine
- Champion a positive environment and deeply care about your team, supporting their growth and progression
- Passion for fresh food – our dishes are made from scratch using seasonal ingredients, and you'll ensure the chefs are fully trained to follow recipes and maintain the highest standards
