A great opportunity for a multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a FMCG manufacturing environment. Working under the Engineering Manager, you’ll support the safe, reliable and compliant operation of production, packing and auxiliary equipment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Carry out planned, preventative and reactive maintenance on production, packing and site equipment.
  • Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults, completing repairs and adjustments to engineering standards.
  • Support equipment changeovers, set-ups and commissioning activities to ensure efficient production start-ups.
  • Maintain accurate engineering records, work orders and spare-parts usage within the CMMS.
  • Collaborate with Production, Quality and Technical teams to ensure safe, compliant and efficient operations.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • Experience as a multi-skilled engineer within a regulated manufacturing environment.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills, with familiarity in Root Cause Analysis.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, manuals and engineering documentation.
  • Competent using CMMS systems, with strong communication skills and a proactive, reliable approach.
