A global manufacturing business based in Witney is looking for a Maintenance Engineer. The role focuses on ensuring machinery meets and exceeds OEE, with emphasis on career progression and training. The position offers excellent work–life balance with a four‑day working week.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and resolve mechanical and electrical faults on plant and machinery
  • Plan and perform preventative maintenance to ensure scheduled tasks are achieved
  • Ensure portable appliance equipment satisfies requirements
  • Participate in installation and commissioning of plant and equipment
  • Collaborate with sub‑contractors to improve plant and equipment knowledge
  • Support tooling change‑over on equipment when required

Requirements:

  • Engineering qualifications
  • Electrical background preferred, preferably multiskilled
  • Experience with power presses, tooling, etching machinery, printers
  • Manufacturing background
