A global manufacturing business based in Witney is looking for a Maintenance Engineer. The role focuses on ensuring machinery meets and exceeds OEE, with emphasis on career progression and training. The position offers excellent work–life balance with a four‑day working week.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolve mechanical and electrical faults on plant and machinery
- Plan and perform preventative maintenance to ensure scheduled tasks are achieved
- Ensure portable appliance equipment satisfies requirements
- Participate in installation and commissioning of plant and equipment
- Collaborate with sub‑contractors to improve plant and equipment knowledge
- Support tooling change‑over on equipment when required
Requirements:
- Engineering qualifications
- Electrical background preferred, preferably multiskilled
- Experience with power presses, tooling, etching machinery, printers
- Manufacturing background
