A well-established law firm with multiple offices in Somerset is looking for an experienced residential property solicitor to join its growing team in Taunton. The role will involve handling a wide range of residential property matters from initial instruction to post completion.
The existing caseload will include a mix of residential conveyancing matters, including sales and purchases, leasehold, remortgages, new build work and transfers of equity.
The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate previous conveyancing experience and the ability to handle a busy caseload whilst delivering a high-quality service in line with the CQS standards.
To be considered for this role you must be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with ideally 1+ years’ experience in residential property. Strong technical expertise and communication skills are essential.
