The Role
- You'll be responsible for managing a varied caseload of Islamic Finance conveyancing matters, including:
- Handling your own caseload from instruction through to completion
- Delivering a first class service across a wide range of Islamic Finance transactions
- Reviewing key documentation, managing completions and resolving due diligence issues
- Understanding client requirements and navigating the nuances of Islamic Finance instructions
- Ensuring compliance and maintaining high professional standards
- Working closely with assistant level support and the wider team to deliver exceptional service
