The Role

  • You'll be responsible for managing a varied caseload of Islamic Finance conveyancing matters, including:
    • Handling your own caseload from instruction through to completion
    • Delivering a first class service across a wide range of Islamic Finance transactions
    • Reviewing key documentation, managing completions and resolving due diligence issues
    • Understanding client requirements and navigating the nuances of Islamic Finance instructions
    • Ensuring compliance and maintaining high professional standards
    • Working closely with assistant level support and the wider team to deliver exceptional service
