We are seeking a Corporate Solicitor (2+ PQE) to join a busy and expanding Corporate team in Swindon. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a diverse caseload and contribute to the growth of a forward thinking department.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a varied caseload including acquisitions and disposals, restructures, MBOs, shareholders’ agreements and joint ventures
- Provide clear, commercial advice to a wide range of clients
- Lead on transactions where appropriate and support senior colleagues
- Build strong relationships internally and externally
- Attend networking events and contribute to business development
- Collaborate across departments and office locations
- Maintain high professional standards and excellent client care
About You
- Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE in corporate law
- Strong technical knowledge and drafting skills
- Experience across a range of corporate transactions
- Highly organised, proactive and adaptable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Full UK driving licence and access to transport
