Chadwick Nott is assisting a busy Swansea-based conveyancing team to recruit an experienced Conveyancer (4+ years’ PQE). The role offers hybrid working with Swansea office presence and a substantial caseload across residential matters.
You will manage sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity, review title and search documents, handle lender enquiries, and maintain accurate case records. The salary is £40,000, with a yearly bonus, plus 25 days’ holiday and bank holidays.
