Responsibilities:

  • Design mechanical components and assemblies using SolidWorks
  • Create detailed 2D engineering drawings for manufacturing and assembly
  • Support prototyping, testing, and design iteration activities
  • Work closely with manufacturing and suppliers to ensure design for manufacturability
  • Contribute to new product development and continuous improvement projects

Requirements:

  • A degree (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
  • A few years of relevant industry experience
  • Proficiency in SolidWorks (3D modelling and assemblies)
  • Strong experience producing 2D technical drawings to industry standards
