A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a QA/QC Engineer to join a well‑established and forward‑thinking manufacturing organisation. This is a key role within the business, offering the chance to shape and strengthen quality processes while supporting continuous improvement across all operations. You’ll play a vital part in maintaining high standards, driving root‑cause solutions, and ensuring products and processes meet the expectations of customers and industry standards. Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Assurance processes in line with QMS and industry standards
- Monitor quality performance, resolve issues, and drive root‑cause corrective actions
- Liaise with customers and suppliers on quality requirements and compliance
- Conduct and support internal/external audits, quality control plans, and project quality gates
- Provide training, guidance, and continuous improvement support across the organisation
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Strong knowledge of ISO9001:2015 and Quality Management Systems
- Experience in quality auditing, engineering documentation, and manufacturing processes
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and use precision measurement tools
- Excellent communication, attention to detail, and organisational skills
- Self‑motivated, solutions‑focused, and able to build effective stakeholder relationships
Package and Benefits:
- £35,000 – £40,000
