Role:
- Joining a close knit and highly regarded investment funds team with a focus on hedge funds and credit funds
- Fund formation and fundraising
- Negotiating managed account structures and relevant regulatory matters
- Advising institutional investors and LPs on investments into funds and managed accounts

Successful candidate:
- 4-6 PQE, England & Wales qualified solicitor
