- Leading high value, multi party commercial matters

Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a lawyer who is:
- A qualified Solicitor registered with the SRA or Law Society of Scotland
- 6+ years' PQE in commercial contracts within a recognised practice
- Experienced in drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements
- Confident advising senior stakeholders and managing large scale projects
- Commercially minded, collaborative and adaptable
- Interested in emerging technologies and evolving regulatory landscapes
- Knowledge of IP, data protection and consumer regulation is beneficial but not essential
