Senior Associate / Partner – Wills, Probate & Estate Planning – Salisbury
Location: Salisbury (Hybrid)
Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: £65,000 to £90,000 (dependent on experience and level)
A well established regional practice is seeking an experienced Senior Associate or Partner to join its expanding Wills, Probate & Estate Planning team in Salisbury. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a senior role within a growing department, advising clients on the full spectrum of private client matters and contributing to the continued development of the team.
The Role
You will manage your own caseload and deliver high quality advice across all core private client areas. Responsibilities include:
- Advising clients on Wills, Probate and Estate Planning matters
- Managing your own caseload from instruction through to completion
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Demonstrating commercial awareness and understanding financial/legal implications for clients
- Meeting time recording and revenue targets
- Supporting departmental growth through marketing, networking and business development activity
Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to an experienced Senior Associate or Partner with:
- Strong experience across Wills, Probate and Estate Planning matters
- Ability to manage and grow a caseload independently
- Confidence handling complex matters with support where required
- Willingness to attend the office at least three days per week
- Interest in contributing to marketing, networking and BD initiatives
- A collaborative, team focused approach and enthusiasm for helping grow the department
