The Role
- You will manage your own caseload of Wills, Probate and Estate Planning matters, working within a supportive and forward thinking team.
- Your work will include:
- Advising clients on the full range of Wills, Probate and Estate Planning matters
- Managing files from instruction through to completion
- Building strong client relationships and delivering clear, practical advice
- Contributing to marketing, networking and business development activity
Candidate Requirements
- Solid experience and technical expertise across Wills, Probate and Estate Planning, with support available for more complex matters
- Ability to manage and grow your own caseload
- Strong communication skills and a client focused approach
- Willingness to attend the office at least three days per week
- A team oriented mindset with enthusiasm for helping develop the department
